Refund policy
Digital Products:
Returns and/or refunds for digital products, such as crochet patterns, are not accepted due to the nature of the product.
Returning Handmade Home Goods:
Purchasers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return on their handmade item.
Return requests will only be accepted if:
- Product arrived damaged - Photo proof of item in original packaging required
- Product received was different from the product ordered - Photo proof of item received required
Returning Vintage Home Goods:
Purchasers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return on their vintage item.
Return requests will only be accepted if:
- Product arrived damaged - Photo proof of item in original packaging required
- Product received was different from the product ordered - Photo proof of item received required
- Product dimensions do not accurately represent the product - Photo proof of item with a ruler or tape measure required
To request a return on your purchase, please contact me at hannamaedesign@gmail.com
Please include all photos in your initial email and include "Return" in your subject line.
After your return request has been processed, I will send you a return address shipping label as well as instructions on how to ship your item.
Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once your return request has been approved and the item is received back and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Payment will be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take 2-3 business to process this payment as well.

Exchanges will not be provided.
